The Trees: The Trees by Godrej properties is a mixed-use project over sprawling 35 acres of land in Vikroli, center of Mumbai city. Our team’s scope was to design Residential Phase-1 which is a premium housing scheme. The residential zone is integrated with the vibrant commercial and cultural neighbourhood, connected with pedestrian pathways and treelined avenues.

TATA Housing, Senior Living Apartments, Vasind. Maharashtra, India â– â– Tata Vasind is a senior living community designed for active adults in the 60-75 age range. This community is part of a larger residential master plan for intergenerational housing developed by Tata at Vasind. The development includes the creation of 106 independent living apartments organized as a cluster around a landscaped courtyard. It is being developed on a site area of 60,696 sf as a five-story structure with amenities and support programs planned at the ground level with direct access from the courtyard.

Dining Extension and Student Commons building ■■ The Dining building is located at the southeast corner of the site very close to the main entrance. The location and the program makes it one of the most active building on the campus.
It is designed to serve meals for 2000 students at a time. ■■ It extends onto a vibrant plaza with outddor seating and amphithetre activating the ground floor. ■■ The same building also has a student commons center on the second floor. ■■
