We hope you enjoyed the holidays and were able to gather in person again with friends and family. The team has been busy planning for next year, so let’s jump in so you know what to expect from NAFA in 2023!

In 2022, NAFA leadership was focused on accelerating growth and streamlining operations. The board worked closely with staff to 1) update governance and operations manuals; 2) create a strategic plan setting the direction of the organization through 2025; and 3) reinvigorate our standing committees and volunteer workforce. The hard work paid off - NAFA saw an increase in membership, event attendance, and certifications. In addition, we set a record of 77 new Clean Air Awards! NAFA is in a strong financial position and perfectly poised to support our growing community of air filtration businesses and professionals. Here is a snapshot of what you can expect in 2023:

Introduction of new website with refreshed NAFA brand

• Improved Member Portal with Resource Library and app

• Informational videos to draw end-users

New and updated publications

• New Installation Operation and Maintenance of Air Filtration Systems Manual (IOM) (5th Edition, 4Q)

• Updated Best Practice Guidelines (11) to include the latest in research and technology, in addition to two (2) new guidelines

Free technical content on-demand

• Quarterly webinars

• New episodes of NAFA podcast –Talking Air Filtration
