Heritage/Cultural Preservation & Restoration Our planet is finite. Land, buildings, the environment and our collective cultural memory are all aspects of our conservation and reuse strategy. Because we believe “The most sustainable building is the one NOT built”, we aim to incorporate historic conservation, adaptive reuse, and restorative design in our office, commercial, mixed-use and environmental brown-field projects. We’ve gone as far as to demonstrate this philosophy with our own downtown Winnipeg office building. We are experts in the design of adaptive reuse for landfills, buildings, and natural resources.
