ABOUT US NABK Co. for Trading and Construction was established in Syria in 2010 as WLL company (Siraj- Co CR 8525), made a professional construction and decoration works for residential, commercial and private projects: apartments, villas, hall and commercial buildings. Our last big project in Syria was AL-MAMLAKA, which consist of 54 different sizes Villas. We opened our new company in Doha, Qatar in 2010 to complete our successful story with our new partner, as we continue to grow and develop our primary businesses in supplying and fixing with the latest marble, granite & stone manufacturing technology with the new and exclusive materials from all over the world. NABK Co. is a dynamic company that provides excellent services in natural stone works. As one of the principal name on the trade, we leverage to deliver business value to our costumer. Our success is based upon our ability to respond our experience and flexibly to our customer's individual needs for both large and small projects.

NABK FIXATION SYSTEM NABK Co. can offer full support for selecting the ideal cladding system. We offer a range of products that are particularly developed for various projects. The NABK System has two types FS-01 and FS-02. All components of our system are fabricated in high quality material from reliable manufacturers and have undergone structural design study by a qualified expert team. NABK Co. developed its own ventilated facade system in collaboration with SIKA Qatar. The system is an invisible type of fixation where the panels are fastened to the aluminum vertical profiles through chemical or structural glue. This system can adapt to the different facade requirements of each project and can be configured to address actual condition of site. The system is now being used on some of our projects and is a certified copyright of NABK Co. Company.

LUSAIL OFFICE TOWER

The Lusail Office Tower is an international class (A) office building designed for a specific site in the Marina District of the New Lusail City Development Doha. The key to the success of this building is flexible floor plates, cost-effective construction and a strong identity coupled with amenities that appeal to corporate tenants. The Lusail Office Tower is composed of Ground, Mezzanine, 6-podiums and 18 office levels. The tower consists 120-meter-high rise. The design team took inspiration for the Lusail Office Tower from a traditional Qatari Dhow. The Lusail office establishes its identity though assertive subtlety.
SCOPE OF WORK NABK Co. supplied and fixed the stone facade cladding that is almost 7,800 sqm in area. We used the material Viscount white granite stone for cladding and SS316 C-Brackets sets as mechanical fixation system. By using perfect materials and specific details, we create an image that quietly asserts its elegance and roots in the city.

Burj Marina is an iconic commercial tower located in Lusail, offering a wide array of offices, showrooms, hotel, retail areas in addition to rooftop-sited restaurants just at the peak of the highest build in Lusail with 38 floors of elevation. There is a tower with a total area of 100 thousand square meters. The project is composed of a basement level, a ground floor, 5 podium levels and 26 additional floors.

SCOPE OF WORK NABK Co. supplied and fix the stone façade using SS316 Z-Brackets sets as fixation system. The stone material used is Omani Marble and the application includes study, structural design calculation, shop drawings, supply of materials, bitumen application, fixation of stone facade and sharia for doors and windows.

UNION RESIDENTIAL TOWER
The Union Residential Tower is a Highrise project that comprising of 2 basements floor, Ground floor, Mezzanine and 35 floors that are open for residential occupancy. The cladding material used in the facade were big ceramic panels in 3.6 m length x 1.2 m height and thickness of 5mm only.
SCOPE OF WORK 1- NABK Co. was developed the fixation system in collaboration with Sika Qatar, by using NABK-FS02 system. The application involves factory assembly of sub-frame on ceramic panels followed by installation of the assembled panel into the vertical profile system fixed on the facade. NABK Co. used invisible type of system resulted in an aesthetically pleasing cladding without any visible screws and clips also provides easy and fast installation. The system gives excellent structural stability and surface strength required, given the 5mm thickness of the panels.

2- NABK Co. supplied and fix 450 units of vanity tops and all bathroom W.C. ledges. The material used for the scope is Black Forest Marble and the application consist shop drawing and details, fabrication as per the approved details & drawings, polishing, and fixation at specific locations.

ARAB CENTER FOR RESEARCH & POLICIES STUDY
The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies is an independent research institution, dedicated to furthering scholarship in the social sciences and humanities, established in 2010 as an Arabic language academic organization based in Doha. The Arab Center is a complex project composed of 20 buildings. The Centre’s architecture that is inspired by Arabic Islamic culture, will foster intensive personal study while offering the ability to interact with members of public and leading researchers. The campus is organized and integrated just like a mixed-use community within a diverse urban Centre. The architectural planning and design teams identified discreet zones and land uses on the site, helping to define spaces for study, socializing, administration and cultural enrichment. However, we also incorporated quiet, landscaped areas that promote contemplation. This was achieved by applying interior design concepts rich in material detail, referencing historical Arab geometric patterns and calligraphy that recall the architectural typologies typical to certain city spaces.

BY HILTON HOTEL
Double Tree by Hilton Hotel situated in the heart of Doha Old SALATA, setting the benchmark and is a best practice example for building innovation not only in Qatar but also across the Middle East. KCT Contracting and Trading was the general contractor and B+H Architects was hired to review the project for code compliances, sub-trades, shop drawing submissions and to do fully coordinated architectural shop drawings for construction. Double Tree by Hilton project is a 72.00-meter-high rise building, compose of 2 basements, 16 levels of guest accommodation, ground and mezzanine floors.
SCOPE OF WORK 1- External facade : supply + fixation of external stone facade NABK Co. successfully completed the project, delivering excellent quality of work with their experience workers and resources such as manpower and mast climbers. The application includes, fixation of cut-to-size stones, cutting, structural design calculation, shop drawings and mast climber provision. NABK Co. supplied and fix the 7,000 sqm. Applying new stone facade by using Viscount material white Granite Including the fixation system (SS316 Z-Brackets), Rockwool insulation and waterproofing.
2- Internal stone works : supply + fixation of stones for guest bathrooms NABK Co. accomplished the internal stone works including the vanity tops, using marble material and combined with Corian fascia to obtain the curving required by design.

The application includes that the vanities reached up to 8 meters long and some units must be fixed partially with zero visibility of joints.
Given this challenge NABK Co excellently attain the required quality and finish look of no visible joint lines. Also, NABK Co.’s scope includes the bathtub top surface, windowsills, wall borders, W.C. ledges and door thresholds, all using white marble material.

The famous hotel Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay located on a prominent headland and commanding panoramic views of the city and the Arabian Gulf. Waldorf Astoria is an on-going, high rise, hotel project with a total height of 220 meters and consist of ground, mezzanine and 45 levels.
SCOPE OF WORK 1- Project Requirement - Mast Climbers that can reach up to more than 200 meters high and extension of 3.00 meters long. - Adapt to the project phasing and difficulties of elevation levels and actual clearance width at site.
2- NABK Co Solutions: - Use of P-40 mast climbers that can reach more than 200 meters height and upgrade of extensions to reach 3.00 meters. - Configuration of base framing to fit in tight clearances and configure extensions to adapt with changing wall levels.

ICONIC 2022 BUILDING IN ASPIRE ZONE P 204
The new 2022 building in Aspire Zone, the latest architectural marvel in Qatar, is an iconic structure due to its unique and aesthetically appealing design. It is the first such building of its kind in the world as it is in the shape of a year’s numerals – 2022 – when Qatar hosts the FIFA World Cup. The mixed-use building is spread over some 60,000sqm and includes administrative offices, an integrated health club, restaurants and cafes, meeting rooms and a lecture theatre. The building, which consists of four wings of five floors each, also includes about 600 parking spaces in addition to being directly connected to Khalifa International Stadium.
