Goodman Global Inc. Names New President & CEO HOUSTON, April 21, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Goodman Global Inc. today announced that it has named David L. Swift the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodman and a member of its Board of Directors. Swift, previously President of Whirlpool North America, brings more than 20 years of experience in running diverse enterprises. Swift will join Goodman on April 21, 2008 and report directly to the Board of Directors. Retiring President and CEO Chuck Carroll will remain as the non-executive Chairman of the Board. “I am very pleased to be joining Goodman’s dynamic team at this important time in the company’s history,” said Swift. “Goodman is uniquely positioned in the market.
