MAROOCHY RSL held their Annual Sponsorship and Donation Morning Tea this in March at the Maroochy RSL’s Event Centre. As a not-for-profit organisation Maroochy RSL’s annual charity contributions allow multiple Sunshine Coast groups including veteran support and welfare, community and sporting groups to extend their help, education, care and crisis work across a range of services.

Over 85 volunteers and representatives from more than 50 of the Sunshine Coast’s most remarkable community groups were beneficiaries of financial and in-kind donations in 2021 totalling an $1,733,506. $1.448m was specifically donated to direct and indirect support of Veterans here on the Sunshine Coast. It brings Maroochy RSL’s total contributions to our Veteran and Sunshine Coast community to OVER $11 million since 2015. These donations could not have been possible without the support of Maroochy RSL’s members and guests, and their generous patronage ensures continued support for our amazing Sunshine Coast community in 2022. Maroochy RSL sponsorship applications can be made via Maroochyrsl.com.au and must meet selection criteria to be considered. THE Sunshine Coast Arts and Craft group is holding their autumn Fair on the weekend of April 30 and May 1 starting at 9am each day.
