Sunshine Mitre 10 will be the first to call the new trade and construction precinct at Stockland’s Aura Business Park home.

The ever-expanding business has signed a contract for three coveted commercial blocks of land.

This new purpose-designed precinct will house other key brands in the construction and trade industry here on the Sunshine Coast.

Sunshine Mitre 10 general manager Neil Hutchins says the new area provides a unique opportunity for the business to open the 20th site in the Sunshine Mitre 10 network, which is this year celebrating 110 years in operation.

The Aura store development will also follow the opening of Sunshine Mitre 10’s new multimillion dollar, flagship store on a 13,000m2 site at Nambour later this year.
