Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Shannon Kelly has carved an impressive path for herself in the field of housing development. Today, Ms. Kelly calls Las Vegas home, along with her husband, Arnold Stalk, their son Jacob Stalk, and their two much-loved dogs.

With academic accomplishments that include degrees from the University of Maryland, Asian Division, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Ms. Kelly's scholarly pursuits are just as impressive as her professional achievements. Her intellect and dedication earned her recognition with both the Omnicron-PSI Hon- or Society and a spot on the Dean's list at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Ms. Kelly also possesses a strong background in the military community, having served as a military spouse of the United States Air Force stationed at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. This connection has fueled her passion for creating safe and dignified housing solutions for U.S. Veterans.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kelly has overseen the operation of multifamily apartment complexes ranging in size from 150 to 300 units. As a previous licensed State of Nevada Property Manager, she is relentless in her pursuit of excellence. In addition to her managerial accomplishments, she is also an esteemed partner and member of the Board of Directors of SHARE, a nonprofit housing development corporation based in Southern Nevada.

Renae is well respected in the wedding industry and in general around town. I’ve personally had the pleasure of some deeply intellectual and stimulating conversations with Renae and it’s safe to say, she’s not just a pretty face! Her and her staff provide incredible top-notch service to their guests. Her son Shane is a pleasant face that you will often times find serving guests behind the bar inside of Emerald at Queensridge and it’s no doubt that he is there to help Renae with some of the heavy lifting as well as some of the other various daily operations.
