Increase Your Sales IQ The South Suburban College Business & Career Institute (BCI) presents a Breakfast with BCI Workshop titled “Increase your Sales IQ,” facilitated by Mary Erlain, president of Peak Development Strategies. This event will take place at the University & College Center (UCC), on Tuesday, October 15th from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., with a check-in time of 8:15 a.m. Not unlike a tax or financial audit, businesses can benefit from a comprehensive examination of the entire sales process. A sales audit is an objective review of a company’s goals, sales team, sale steps, marketing, and systems. These audits can identify needs and holes in the sales process. Outcomes of a thorough audit may include accelerated sales, reduction in costs, improvement in employee engagement, and increased market share. Please note: This workshop is designed to be an introduction to a 5-part class to be held in 2014. Additional information will be provided at the breakfast workshop. The cost of the event and continental breakfast is $15 per person, or $10 per person if three or more individuals from the same company attend. Reservations are required by 5:00 p.m. on October 11th.
