Bass Pro Shops Resort
Bass Pro Shops is scheduled to acquire and develop the Okee-Tantie Recreational Area/Marina into a fishing resort. There is to be a second marina, an RV Resort, various camping sites/locations as well as a restaurant.
Stormwater Projects
Proposals for Four Seasons, A Spot in the Sun, and Berman Road consist of drainage relief of stormwater to a new outfall canal and additional improvement within the existing roadways for Four Seasons and Spot in the Sun residential communities.
