DiningOut Review

by Gabby Gregory

Don’t leave Vulcano’s without trying one of their desserts! We especially enjoyed the tartufo ($8), i.e. a chocolate-covered ball of vanilla and chocolate gelato with a frozen cherry in the middle. The avors brought both of us back to the simplicity of our childhoods, reminding us of summers eagerly engul ng the chocolate syrup-turned-shell on ice cream sundaes. The only differences were the heightened creaminess of the gelato (rich and satisfying) and the delightful extra pop of sweetness from the maraschino cherry (a fun surprise).

Experience the homey satisfaction of enjoying a classic Italian feast by taking a journey to the setting reminiscent of Old-World Italy at Vulcano’s Italian Restaurant!
