NOTICE OF SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTAL LEVY ELECTION ONEIDA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 351 ONEIDA COUNTY IDAHO
Public Notice is hereby given according to law, and requisite action of the Board of Trustees of Oneida School District No. 351, Oneida County, Idaho, that a special supplemental levy election will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 in the Oneida School District No. 351, Oneida County, State of Idaho, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said district their vote and determination on a supplemental tax levy.
The polls will be open from 8:00am - 8:00pm at the following locations:

An elector must be a registered voter who has resided in this state and in this school district at least thirty (30) days preceding the election.
Qualified electors who expect to be absent from the district on May 17, 2022, or who will be unable to go to their polling place on election day may vote by absentee ballot. Written application for an absentee ballot may be made to the Oneida County Clerk, 10 Court St., Malad, ID 83252, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Such application must be made no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2022. The absentee ballot must be received by the County Clerk no later than 8:00 p.m. on the day of the election. Ballots returned on election day should be taken to their polling place. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the IDAWY Solid Waste District - Oneida County Landfill Facility Scale House will be received by the Engineer of Record, Advanced Environmental Engineering, at their office on June 6, 2022, until 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. At which time the received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project includes extending underground power approximately 1 mile to the site, construction of a scale house, and installation of an incoming truck scale. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany the Bid. The engineer’s estimate for the Project is $400,000. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is not required. After reviewing submitted bids, the Owner will select the bid items and/or units that will be constructed with this contract.
Through this selection process, IDAWY Solid Waste District will also have the option to negotiate with the selected contractor for additional work. This work may include and is not limited to construction of four new transfer stations, a maintenance facility, and other planned construction work within the district over the next 5 years.
The Contract Documents may be examined or obtained at the office of the Project Engineer, Advanced Environmental Engineering, at 789 E 80 North, Kaysville, Utah 84037. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any of the items in a bid. Only bids giving a firm quotation, and which are properly signed, will be accepted.
