Young Love

Short writing piece

Young Love

We were too young, Too dumb.

To realize what was going on. To realize how we felt for each other. But it was too late to say something. Too late to hold your hand, Or to give you flowers.

I should have given you all my minutes when I had the chance.

But now I look at your grave. My heart is full of regret for not being there for you. I should have said or done something sooner. And then maybe you would be here. Maybe then you would still be here with me.

Bad Dream

Maybe the last submission I’ll send for a while, while I get my health sorted out. It’s been fun!
