This race is the qualifying event for active duty Soldiers that will be selected to represent team Hawaii in the Army Ten Miler, October 11, 2015 in Washington D.C. The Discovery Center offers 4 major galleries filled with hands-on and interactive exhibits that will allow children to explore and discover things about themselves and the world through play. ACS began on July 25, 1965 when General Harold Johnson dispatched an announcement letter to all commanders about the new Family centers that were to serve the Army community.
