AsanAssistant Engineer I amresponsiblefor thetechnical set-upfor any sessionsI?massignedto I amincontact withtheRecordingEngineer prior tosessions,discussingwiththemtheir ideal set-upandany specificgear they areplanningtouse I amsettinguptheroomtotheartist'slikingand responsiblefor maintainingtheoverall workflow so theartist(s)and RecordingEngineer canwork asquickly and comfortably asthey would like. Thehoursareintensiveand unpredictable,but I wouldn? t haveit any other way My ideal lifestyleisbusy andunpredictable,andthisjob hasplayed intothat perfectly I never know what challengesor successeseachday will bring,whichmakesthejobincredibly rewarding
