ACQUISITION COST
The Acquisition Cost is a one-time investment based on the share size, aircraft type, duration and buy-back terms. The size of the share purchased determines how many hours are available to the Owner annually.
USAGE RATE
The Usage Rate is a variable hourly cost that is based on flight activity. This fee covers direct operating costs, including fuel consumption, maintenance, pilots, landing fees and concierge service.
MANAGEMENT / OPERATING COST
Zero. JetEx covers 100% of the operating costs of your asset, including insurance, pilots, and maintenance costs.

Falcon 50 Service Area
48 states, Mexico, Caribbean, Canada Flights to Caribbean, Mexico and Upper Canada incur a 25% positioning surcharge
LearJet Service Area
US Central, Eastern Time Zone, Bahamas
Hourly Rate above 50 Hours Annually
Effective Hourly Rate + an additional 25% up to 5 hours per year.
Fuel Surcharge
$4.50 fuel base applies to all trips
Booking Terms
Non-Peak: 5 days advanced notice to book a flight. 20 days required on peak days.
Operating Expenses
100% of all operating expenses, including insurance, pilot salaries, subscriptions, pilot training, are responsibility of the Lessee
Charter Proceeds
100% of all charter proceeds to JetEx
Maintenance
100% of all airframe maintenance, engines, APU, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, is covered during the 5-year term by the Charter Operator.
Term
5 Years; at end of 5 years, owner may put their share to JetEx for 85% of FMV at that time.
