Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator looks forward to guiding you through all the stages of planning. We only hold one wedding a day promising you our full attention to ensure your special day goes smoothly. Perfectly placed in rural open countryside with our own natural woodland, ideally located opposite the beautiful grounds of Clumber Park and close to the historic Sherwood Forest, setting the perfect scene for beautiful photographs and wonderful memories. We are delighted to be licensed to host both Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships. You may, of course, prefer to marry in church and arrive at Clumber Park Hotel & Spa for your reception. Whether you are hosting a large wedding banquet or intimate celebration, we have something to offer everyone. With the flexibility of the Normanton Suite, having its own private bar, and beautiful décor. Relax at the end of your special day in the Bridal Suite or four-poster bedroom and wake up refreshed to enjoy your full English breakfast. With 73 en-suite bedrooms, there is plenty of accommodation for all of your guests and we have pleasure in offering special overnight rates. Your Entertainment There is a fee of £75 for guests providing their own entertainment (including a disco). For additional entertainment (and your own DJ), please note that we require a copy of their public liability insurance & PAT certificate at least four weeks prior to your celebration.
A Little Bit of ‘Sparkle’ Why not hire a twinkle backdrop curtain or sparkle dance floor to add a touch of sparkle to your ceremony and/or reception? A dancefloor is required, please ask your Wedding Coordinator for prices and options
Beautiful Flowers Your floral centrepieces, bridal bouquets, button holes and corsages are a very important part of your day. We recommend a wonderful florist who can create these to perfection for you.
Staying the Night Continue your celebration with a night in our Bridal Suite or four-poster bedroom for the Bridal Couple included within your package. For your guests’ accommodation, your Wedding Coordinator will allocate 15 bedrooms at a preferred rate. Rates are inclusive of full English breakfast, use of the New Leaf Spa between check-in (2pm) and check-out (11am) and VAT at the prevailing rate, based on two sharing. We recommend that your guests make their own reservations with our team directly by calling 01623 835 333. Rooms will be reserved from the 15 room allocation and must be guaranteed by a credit or debit card. Any rooms still holding eight weeks prior to arrival will automatically be released.
New Leaf Spa Whether you require a spa experience, overnight package or a spa facility membership, The New Leaf Spa can offer you a tranquil and enjoyable experience. We also offer a range of options for Hen Parties plus Bridal beauty preparations for your big day!
What happens next...
Once you have visited us, you are welcome to put a provisional hold on any available date for two weeks without any obligation. To have and to hold...
Should you wish to hold your ceremony at the hotel and have made a provisional booking with us, it will be necessary for you to contact the local Registry Office who will advise you of the formal arrangements required. A deposit payment to secure your ceremony time and date will be payable directly to them. Please contact Nottinghamshire Registry Office on 01909 535 310, between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
From this day forward... To proceed with your venue booking, a deposit of ÂŁ1000 is required. Your Wedding Coordinator will then send you two contracts, please bear in mind this will only have the basic details on as it is a work in progress, but will give you an idea of timings and information the hotel requires. Once you have signed and returned a copy, we can begin to plan your day.

As your celebration approaches, your Wedding Coordinator will assist with the selection of menus, drinks and those all important touches to make your day run smoothly.
