MICHAEL BJÖRN Michael Björn is Head of Research at Ericsson ConsumerLab. In his role he is studying global consumer trends, as well as the process of assimilation of ICT into everyday consumer life. Between 2000 and 2002, Michael Björn was responsible for mobile internet applications at Ericsson in Japan. He joined Ericsson in 1997 as an analyst, after having completed his PhD in data modeling at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. Michael is also adjunct professor at the Lund University School of Economics and Management, a novelist with two works of fiction, and a journalist regularly contributing to Tokyo-based rock music magazine Strange Days.

TOVE BRATTEN Tove Bratten graduated from the University of Bergen with a degree in theatre science, literature science and social anthropology. She also received an Italian government scholarship in 1982-83 to study the promotion of performing arts among children. She now heads the Foreign Ministry’s professional committee for travel support for Norwegian performing artists, and is involved in several major international projects in cooperation with Norwegian performing artists. She has worked with the promotion of performing arts since 1984, when she was a theatre and dance consultant at Bærum municipality in Norway. This work formed the background for the creation of the Norwegian Touring Network for Performing Arts (Scenekunstbruket) in Norway, which is now a dedicated company that promotes performing arts among children and young people via the Cultural Rucksack (Den kulturelle Skolesekken) programme. She has been a member of numerous boards, including those of the companies Black Box Theatre AS and Scenekunstbruket AS, as well as the board of the scenekunst.no association, which runs the website with the same name.

PETRA BRYLANDER Petra Brylander is the theatre manager and artistic director of Malmö City Theatre. She shared the theatre management with Jesper Larsson between 2007 and 2014. Petra Brylander is 44 years old and graduated as actress from Malmö Theatre Academy 1995. She has an education in arts management. Petra Brylander also works as an actress and has directed several plays.

JOSETTE BUSHELLMINGO Josette’s professional career covers 35 years as an award winning actress, teacher and director in the UK, internationally and in Sweden. Josette received an OBE – Order of the British Empire – from Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II, for Services to the Arts 2007, Stockholm culture prize 2012, SDR Kruthmedal; cultural prize for outstanding promotion of stage arts in Swedish sign language 2013 and Språkrådets minoritetspris (Prize for Minority Language) 2013. In Sweden, Josette is an award winning director and spokesperson for inclusive arts and politics concerning African decent and Afro-Swedish artists. She is currently Chairwoman for CinemAfrica and Chairwoman for TRYCK : the new Theatre organization that promotes, lobbies and creates theatre and seminars around African an Afro-swedish arts, politics and identity. She is on the board for Stockholm’s performing arts university (STDH) and Swedish film institute (SFI) Women in swedish film and TV (WIFT) Josette has just been awarded the 2015 kulturprize: riks skådebanan.
