Argyle HIGH SCHOOL BAND
The Argyle High School Band is hard at work preparing the UIL competitive show “Shades of Autumn.” Students are spending hours outside with each other working on music, building relationships, and creating memories.
This year is a special year for the Argyle Band. For the first time in school history, the students will be competing in the Bands of America competition circuit. This includes a contest in Waco and in San Antonio. These contests are inclusive of all classifications at UIL.
In addition to Bands of America, the Argyle Band will compete at the Princeton Marching Contest, UIL Region 2 Marching Contest, and the UIL Area B Marching Contest. UIL is not hosting a State Marching Contest for 5A this year.
