GLOSSARY Inverted Zipper Generally used in organist’s robes. A conventional zipper sewn with the opening at the bottom of the robe. Inverted Pleat A box pleat reversed so the fullness is turned inward.
ROBE FEATURES Machine-Balanced Fluting
Lining An optional layer of fabric sewn into an accessory to reduce visibility of dark colors showing through when paired with light colors. Enhances stability of certain fabrics. Rolled Seams Provides a finished look by rolling the edges of the fabric before being sewn into a finished edge.
Machine-Balanced Gathering
Expertly Tailored Yoke
Our precise, balanced fluting provides 3 ½" of flat material for every 1" of fluting. This allows fabric to flow naturally and gracefully from the shoulders, promoting more fullness to fit all body frames.
Our gathered robes provide an ample 2 ½" of flat fabric to every 1" of fabric around the yoke. This provides a lightweight robe, as well as more fullness to fit all body frames.
The yoke of every robe is structured in two pieces for a more natural fit to the shoulders. The yoke foundation consists of two layers of quality inner lining for added stability, durability, and shape retention.

YOKE STYLES
The hook & eye closure is machine riveted to the lining materials of the yoke for extra stability and durability. Our hook & eye closures are guaranteed for the life of robe.
