The General Assembly, Taking into account Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that ''All human beings are born equal in terms of dignity and rights'' thus the resolution to integrate women in the labour force, Deeply regretting the fact that in many countries, people have the habit of considering women inferior believing that they are still stereotyped,

Realizing that around the world, women tend to work more and yet are paid less,

Fully alarmed, that women closest to poverty and working in low wage jobs especially in the manufacturing sector suffering from poor and gruesome working conditions, Further deploring the fact that many women are forced to work long hours at low pay under hazardous conditions and in unhealthy environments, Having considered that women who become pregnant are often fired without proper compensation, Fully believing that women generally were poorer, less educated and less likely to have access to basic health services, Alarmed of the fact that there are not enough organizations to protect women in the framework, Convinced by the situation that due to poverty, women have comply to the employers commands, that is, by being sexually exploited to keep their jobs, Deeply disturbed that men are considered to be above women in all categories, 1. Recommends that adopting a culture of employing more women will definitely help in improving their economic condition; 3. Strongly reiterates that governments should implement commitments made in Burkina Faso, Albania, Azerbaijan, Italy, Jordan and Indonesia to increase gender equity and equal opportunities for women in all spheres of employment; 4. Calls upon an education system that will increase the literacy rate which will definitely show stronger support for democracy, a cultured and enlightened society in the future and finally creating a pool of professionals in the country. This will ultimately create a change in the lifestyle of the people; 5. Draws the attention to provide education and training that enable women to catch up and adapt to changing economic conditions and new technology and will therefore create employment; 6. Declares accordingly that policies ought to be created and reviewed to harmonize employment and family responsibilities for men and women and to promote egalitarian sharing of domestic and community responsibilities; 7. Suggests realignment of wages of men and women performing similar jobs with similar skills; 8. Further requests to undertake legislation and reforms to give women equal access to economic resources ,including ownership and control over land and other forms of property ,credit and inheritance; 9. Appeals to revise inequality in the distribution of income.
