Challenges Faced by multi-state-cooperative-society
Effective functioning of multi-state cooperative societies is often hindered by several problems. Because regulations differ between states, following compliance often leads to delays and adds to a company’s operating costs. If state regulations and how authorities carry them out are different, this can lead to managing things ineffectively. Their growth is curtailed by inadequate availability of finance and credit. Since there are not enough highly trained staff or good managers, making decisions and governing the organization becomes a challenge. Difficulties with local officials or rival organizations can keep a company from growing. Transparency and accountability continue to be a big challenge which can ruin the trust members have in the organization. Overcoming these difficulties demands collective action, training and organized policies to improve how cooperative societies grow in different states.
