The Harvard Youth Leadership Program:

The Harvard Youth Leadership Programme (HYLP) is a rigorous leadership and student development program for high school students. Students are exposed to leadership development in a novel way, where they are instilled with essential human and conceptual skills while learning the fundamentals of leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and decision-making. The central tenet of the programme are its activities like marketing maverick, hack the hatch, impact challenges, electoral campaign, and other engaging activities with the group of students who will be enrolled with them.
