Proposed by: MSYSA State Office Rationale: Technology has enhanced the dissemination of information and streamlined the communication channels between Delegates and the Association. (This Bylaw has not been exercised due to technology enhancements.) Should a ‘Delegates Meeting’ be hosted, the procedures for a ‘Special Meeting’ (MSYSA Bylaw Article VII, Section 3) shall be followed. Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee Recommendation: The MSYSA bylaws and standing rules committee recommends adoption of this proposed amendment.
