Missouri Valley Conference information can be obtained through the league office in St. Louis, by accessing the MVC’s web page at www.MVC.org. The MVC distributes weekly releases which include standings, statistics and notes. The MVC’s office phone is (314) 4210339 and the fax number is (314) 421-3505. Radio broadcasts will split time on Meyer Communications stations in Springfield and The Growl this season. Over-the-air broadcasts on KBFL AM 1060 will be Sept. 4 vs. North Carolina, Sept. 11 vs. Oklahoma, Sept. 25 vs. Illinois State, Oct. 2 vs. Wichita State, Oct. 16 vs. Southern Illinois, Nov. 6 vs. Creighton, Nov. 20 vs. UNI and the State Farm MVC Tournament Nov. 25-27. Those broadcasts will also be streamed online at www. RadioSpringfield.com. All other MSU home matches can be heard over the internet on The Growl at TheGrowl.MissouriState.edu. Up-to-date radio information can be accessed on the volleyball schedule page at www.MissouriStateBears.com. Missouri State is located in Springfield, Mo., at the junction of Interstate 44 and U.S. Highways 60, 65 and 160. Springfield is served both by national and regional airlines through the Springfield-Branson National Airport, 10 miles west of the Missouri State campus. The University is in the central portion of the city, one mile west of Glenstone Avenue (I-44 Exit 80A) on Grand Street. Missouri State Athletics Communications is located on the lower level of Hammons Student Center, on the corner of Monroe Street and John Q. Hammons Parkway. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and the office phone is (417) 836-5402. The SID office’s automatic fax number is (417) 836-4868. Media credentials are available to personnel from accredited media outlets by writing to Missouri State Athletics Communications, 901 South National, Springfield, MO 65897, by calling Ben Adamson at (417) 836-4584 or by emailing BenAdamson@missouristate.edu. Credential requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance, and credentials will be available at least one hour before match time at the Hammons Student Center ticket office on the east side of the building. Interview requests for student-athletes and coaches must be made through the Athletics Communications office. Availability is each day before practice, after matches, or phone arrangements made through the Athletics Communications office. Media services include notes, a match program and a complete NCAA boxscore after each Bears home match. Phone lines, telephones and fax service are available by contacting the Athletics Communications office.
