Take the 8 week challenge! Here is a diet plan to jump start your dream body! For the next 8 weeks, combine this meal plan with the exercise regimen. Just show up and do the work! Expect amazing results and let us know how you did!

Meal Plan: Meal 1: 1 cup of oatmeal and 3 egg whites Meal 2: 1 can of tuna and 1 serving of fruit Meal 3: 3 oz. of lean meat, 1 small sweet potato, 2 cups of low carb veggies. Meal 4: Any protein shake and 2 tbsp of fat source (olive oil, flaxseed oil, or almond butter) Meal 5: 5 oz. of lean meat, 2 cups low carb veggies, green salad w/2 tbsp of oil vinaigrette dressing.
