The area is covered by two land uses Low/Medium Density Residential and General Industrial. A distinct separation of land use is • General Industrial made on Oxford Street with residential to the east and nonresidential to the west. A prime redevelopment parcel located on Second Avenue provides a great opportunity for the area.
