AT LENMARK
Woman in a man’s world!
It was very refreshing to hear the story about Lynsey, a lady operating in a man’s world.

Lynsey joined the company earlier this year & has been working on our Sheerness site under Pat Monahan ever since, driving a Hitachi 13t excavator, Lynsey started her career in construction driving tipper wagons, but became bored with that & wanting to earn more money, she set her sights on excavators, ever the ambitious lady she practiced every night after work for 6-months developing her skills, before going for her 360 ticket.
Lynsey said “She’s never looked back, or gets bored anymore, as there’s always something different to do, & I can now afford a holiday!”
TWO MUMS, ONE SON
Congratulations to Sinead & Harriet on the birth of their young son Lenny James Nugent, born on the 9th April.
Whilst the girls didn’t take a lot of well-deserved maternity leave & are both are now back in the office, we could have another generation of Lenmark right here.
Well done girls!
Army Recruits
Earlier this month our MD Barrie Rossiter & safety advisor Peter Hayles attended a UK forces job fair at the Royal Naval air station in Yeovil, their quest was to recruit guys who are discharging from the Army, Navy & Airforce.
These former forces personal are usually very highly trained & motivated people, exactly the type of people we are looking to employ at Lenmark.

This event was a great way to meet directly with these guys & show how a career with Lenmark could meet their expectations on leaving the forces.
