Tips and Tricks for successful TupperConnectâ„¢ Parties and Fundraisers

History • The TupperConnect™ program went live in the US and Canada in November of 2009. • In the first full year—2010—you helped us to hit 4times our goal for TupperConnect™. • 2011 TupperConnect™ sales ended more than 50% over 2010. • There have been many enhancements made to the program since it began—for example, including Facebook links—and there are more opportunities for enhancement in the future.

Findings • You like the fact that you can now include Guests who are not able to attend the party. • Those of you who use TupperConnect™ are seeing an average increase of 20% in your party sales. • Fundraising organizations have come to expect an online option. • The Fundraising program has been enhanced by including online-only options. • You like the program, but you are asking for changes to be made to make the experience easier.

How it works The following slides will take you through the TupperConnect program. (Most of these slides were written for an initial webinar back in November of 2009. With a few new tips thrown in here and there.)

Use Online Tools To Help Your Hosts Add Sales To Their Parties

Objectives • Increase party sales by easily receiving orders from guests who cannot attend but want to place an order • Contact guests in multiple ways prior to the party through an online invitation, social media & mailing monthly flyers • Simplify managing the guest list, guest responses & orders from guests who cannot attend • Easily obtain outside orders from guests who cannot attend the party, while reducing the expense of handing out order forms and catalogs

Not our Objectives • Replace the home party • Give an easy way for people to skip out on a home party • Move our business away from home parties… I think you get the idea.

How it works for you During Host coaching: • Determine the party date & ask Host if they would like to have a TupperConnect™ party. When the Host says yes – • Sign into My Sales • Choose Start New Party | Party, & fill in the Party Setup page as usual. • You’ll need the party date, time and Host information including the Host’s email address. • Your Host will receive a link and instructions to set up an account at Tupperware.com so she can invite her guests.

How it works for you (continued) At the bottom of the Party Setup Page: • Select TupperConnect™ Party Setup • Select the party time & click next

How it works for you (continued) Once you click next, an email screen will pop up. Just enter a personal message & click send.

IMPORTANT STEP! Do not skip! Once you’ve sent the emails, you MUST choose either Party History or Enter Orders! Not doing so could result in your party not being set up! Once you choose one of these, if there are any problems with the address, etc. you will need to fix them or your party won’t be set up!

How it works for Your Host Your Host will receive an email containing the link & instructions needed to set up an account at Tupperware.com & finish setting up the party.

How it works for your Host (continued) • After the Host sets up the account, they’ll arrive at the TupperConnect™ party summary page. • This is party central for your Host where they can invite guests and see who is coming to the party & read their comments. • Invitations can be sent through our online email invitation system or by sharing their link on Facebook.

Can I do the Host setup for her? Yes. However, you can only have one open TupperConnect™ party per email address. So… here’s a little tip. Set yourself up with a gmail account and use aliases.

Can I do the Host setup for her? With gmail, you can create an “alias of your email account simply by using a + symbol. susieb+sally@gmail.com

Any emails sent to this alias will still go to your inbox at gmail, but Tupperware.com will see any aliases as different email addresses.

How it works for Guests When your Host sends the invitations, guests receive a colorful email with a link to the party invitation page.

How it works for Guests (continued) When they click on the link in the email invitation, they arrive at this invitation page on Tupperware.com. Guests can RSVP here.

FACEBOOK!!! Guests who follow a Facebook link will need to invite themselves. They can’t just start shopping here, they need to put in their name and email address and choose Yes! Or No!

How it works for Guests (continued) • Guests who RSVP “yes” are finished! • If they cannot attend and RSVP “no,” guests will be given the opportunity to place an order online that can be applied to the Host’s party. Only one order per guest can be applied to a party. • Guests can change their RSVP at any time—until the party is submitted—by following the link in their original invitation.

How it works for Guests (continued) • Shipping charges for online orders placed in a TupperConnect™ party are the same as eCommerce orders. • Online orders placed in a TupperConnect™ party are processed and shipped just like eCommerce orders, and should arrive within 9 business days. • As soon as online orders are placed, they are allocated to you as a Sales Force member. That means you’ll see the sales credit right away on your Personal Summary and Personal History pages.

Can I see orders placed? Both you and your Host will be able to view orders as they are submitted, whether they are online or through My Sales.

Submitting the Party • You submit the party in the usual way • You’ll see the online sales added to the party sales on the Host page of the order once the party sales reach the Thank You Gift minimum of $150 US/$175 CAN.

Important Timing/Requirements • Online orders will be accepted within 45 days of the initial party setup, or until the time the party is submitted through My Sales, whichever comes first. • Host Credit earned from online orders will expire if the party is not submitted within 75 days of the initial party setup. • The online sales will not be counted towards the party sales or your Host’s credits until the sales entered through My Sales reach the Thank You Gift minimum with offline sales. (If the party does not reach the thank you level, you as the Consultant will still receive credit for the online orders, but the party/Host will not receive credit for those orders placed online.

Searching for a Fundraiser Guests can also search for an open online fundraiser. Anyone can go to tupperware.com and click on Fundraising at the top of any page, then click on the pink Find a Fundraiser button to search by State.
