Whitegates auction tops £1m

Merseyside Landlords’ Expo Success Inaugural event proves popular The inaugural Merseyside Landlords’ Expo, organised in association with NewHeartlands, saw exhibitors from across the region meet landlords and investors at the Floral Pavilion. Pantheon Property Services, who were among the exhibitors, found that the event proved popular with landlords from across Merseyside. Jane Murray, head of estate agency services at Pantheon Property Services’

office in Wavertree, commented: “The show gave us a platform to showcase our established brand, and we were approached by a good number of landlords, looking to let out their property. At the event, dozens of industry specialists were on hand to offer advice on issues from fire safety to how to make tax savings. Sarah Walker, from the

BBC’s ‘To Buy or Not To Buy’, was among the industry experts presenting seminars on contemporary issues in the property market. Jane added: “The day’s organisation made it enjoyable and informative for landlords, and we've experienced some very positive feedback.” For more information on Pantheon Property Services, telephone 0151 735 1001.
