Sometimes, breaking old habits comes with hidden benefits. Like the millions of ex-smokers and those still practicing the habit today, I’ve struggled to enjoy myself while also putting my health first and keeping my breath cool and approachable. I was a smoker for thirteen years before I decided I’d had enough with the risks and side-effects of smoking, but it wasn’t until I finally quit that I discovered how much of an effect smoking had made on the quality of my breath. It’s been seven years since I lit up, and as I work to improve my overall well-being, I’m on a mission to find the perfect mouthwash.
