PHYSICAL CULTURE & DANCE In 2020 with some quick thinking and arranging, the Physie Sub club still managed to enjoy most of the year. We conducted lessons via zoom, WhatsApp, messenger, braving the cold at the local netball courts and at Sammy’s house.
We had two teachers pregnant resulting in Elizabeth born to Jess in March and Imogen born to Sammy in November. We were able to still have a rehearsal day, a club competition and our official competitions went ahead, a lot later than usual. Our club competition was held October 24 in the Starz room, and we live streamed the event for members and friends! Our Beryl Block Overall Performer of the day was Charlotte Duong 7-8B! Well done to all who competed! 2021 The year started off with great numbers & enjoying being back to learning work face to face with our friends. We had been working hard on our teams and all things going well, should have had two 7-8years, three 9- 12years, one teen, one ladies (25+) and three senior (18+) teams representing us! Unfortunately, in August 2021 due to restrictions our competitions and year were cancelled. Fingers crossed for life to return to normal soon and a better 2022 xxx
