e all have favorite spots in the world, places we go back to time and time again, even if it is only in our dreams. Italy is one of those places. From the sparkling waters of the lakes region in the north to the rolling hills of Tuscany, the Venetian canals, the Adriatic coast, and the splendors of Rome . . . what’s not to love? Italian cooking is famous for its use of fresh, local ingredients, simply and beautifully prepared. And if you can’t make it to Italy any time soon?
