Itinerary HIGHLIGHTS Day 1: Arrive in Split, Croatia. You’ll meet your guide in our hotel and depart together to explore the historical city of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tonight we’ll sample the local fare during our welcome dinner. Day 2: Today we’ll visit the exquisite waterfalls and emerald lagoons of Krka National Park. This afternoon we’ll continue to the Roman city of Split before catching a ferry to the island of Brac to spend the night. Day 3: Our walk hugs the rugged coast of Brac. We’ll pass shady pines and vineyards and visit the 16th century Blaca Hermitage. For lunch, an open-fire feast awaits followed by a hike to the top of Mt. Vidova. End with a boat shuttle to Hvar. Day 4: A hike above the village of Milna awaits after a gourmet breakfast. We’ll visit the ghost village of Malo Grablje, passing fields of lavender and vineyards along the

way. After lunch we’ll enjoy wine tasting in Jesla. Day 5: Take a private boat shuttle to Korcula, an ancient trading port. Hike along the coast through olive groves and up a mountain ridge, sampling the local herb brandies of Pupnat along the way. Transfer to Orebic on the Peljesac Peninsula. Day 6: We’ll depart for Mt. Ilija, the highest mountain in Dalmatia. We’ll start in vineyards, passing an old monastery, and climb uphill through pine forests to a rocky finale. Take an excursion this afternoon to Ston on the way to Dubrovnik. Day 7: This morning we’ll enjoy a guided tour of old town Dubrovnik, a haven of the shipbuilding industry and former stopping point along the Spice Route. The afternoon is free to explore on your own. Day 8: Bid farewell to our sunny paradise on the Adriatic and transfer to the airport for flights home.
