Even right now, AI is proving to be a valuable tool in our lives, assisting us in automating repetitive tasks and improving our decision-making processes. Take IT for example – here AI solutions are allowing us to make sense of data lakes at a speed and level of detail we could not process as humans. And as users or customers, AI enables us to get faster responses and additional services that would be otherwise too expensive for organisations to provide. However, currently, in both these scenarios, humans are still involved. Looking to the future, this might not be the case which is a prospect that is both liberating and unsettling.
