Solace… An elder brother consoles his sister as they wait with hundreds of other children to receive a meal from a community based feeding scheme set up in Lavender Hill. This particular feeding scheme, organised by NPO Philisaa Abafazi Bethu and run by Lavender Hill Football Club director Mark Nicholson, provides the only meal many children receive in a day, following the closure of school feeding schemes under the national lockdown.
