aylor Swift has canceled a soldout concert in Thailand, which came under military rule last week after a coup d'etat. Concert promoter BEC-Tero announced Tuesday on its website that the concert was canceled "due to recent events in Thailand." It didn't elaborate but called the move "a difficult decision for all parties." The concert in Bangkok would have been the night of June 9. The country is under a nighttime curfew though it's loosely enforced. "I'm sending my love to the fans in Thailand," Swift tweeted." I'm so sad about the concert being canceled." The American singer-songwriter has other performances throughout Asia during her current Red Tour. Several other international performers have canceled or postponed appearances in Thailand during the recent months of political protests and the coup carried out last Thursday.

hile actor Ranveer Singh may have dropped the bomb recently on not having dated actress Deepika Padukone, the latter has been busy living it up as the honorary guest of UEFA's Champions League final that was held on Saturday evening in Lisbon. The former Badminton champion was in the Portugal Capital to attend the final match between Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid. Though the diva was rooting for Atlético this season, Real Madrid won with a score of 4-1. The dimpled star looked elegant and chic in a soft

pink Alexander Wang tuxedo suit teamed with a blingy Shourouk necklace, golden clutch bag, tortoise shell shades, a deep plum lipstick and an elegant up do. While talking to Ten Sports she commented, "It's overwhelming, it doesn't get bigger than this. Champion's League is one of the biggest tournaments and it's a wonderful feeling." When asked who she thought was the 'hottest footballer' currently, she replied: "Well, I'd have to say Christiano Ronaldo." Incidentally, Ronaldo who is a Real Madrid player, returned her admiration by posting pictures of the

ctor Ranveer Singh says that rumours of him and actress Deepika Padukone being in a relationship are abuzz because they hang out together. "No (there is nothing between us). She is a very special person in my life and a very close friend. She is one of the most wonderful people I have met. I have great amount of admiration and respect for her as an artist and as a professional. That's it," Ranveer told PTI in an interview. Rumours of the two dating each other had started making rounds of Bollywood after they were paired opposite each other in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's romantic drama Ram-Leela. However, Ranveer and Deepika have never acknowledged that they are in a relationship. (Also Read: Ranveer grew closer

to Deepika on sets of RamLeela) The actor said he is completely into his work and does not keep a tab on tabloid news. "I am completely immersed in my work. I don't

subscribe to tabloids. I go on with my daily life and am completely devoted to my work," he added. Ranveer doesn't seem to be okay with the two of them being called a 'cou-

ple'. "I think people are jumping the gun. I think it is very presumptuous of people to assume that two people are romantically involved if they are seen going out together. I don't think that is correct judgement," he said. But he also does not feel the need of any sort of clarification. Ranveer, who recently joined social networking website Facebook, says, "I don't intend to use this social media platform to refute anything. I want to stay connected with my fans and I love them, that is why I am on social media," he added. Ranveer-Deepika will again be seen together in Bhansali's magnum opus project Bajirao Mastani. Ranveer is also doing a small role in Homi Adjania's upcoming film Finding Fanny Fernandes, which has Deepika in the lead.
