The choice of menswear in Nagaland has always been a weak point in the retail market of Nagaland. While boutiques and in-house selling of women’s clothing fast mushroomed, the range of men’s clothing available was limited and prices found to be expensive. However, several new brands and independent designers are now entering this part of the field with much zeal and enthusiasm. And to this, brand new Company “Emboss Fashion Enterprise” has entered the retail scene in Nagaland. This independent brand offers clothes which are suited to the ‘Naga physique’, fashion taste and also caters to the user’s comfort. Fashion entrepreneurs Bendang Jamir and Ingdong Imchen have a concern that since the physique of Nagas is ‘different’ as compared to ‘others’, what usually happens is that most people end up having to refit the readymade garments available in the market. To act as remedy to this problem, customers of Bevura are given the option to choose their own

He encouraged the students to explore their God’s gifted talents during the fest. He pointed out that “we are never indispensible and yet God has been so good to have granted us the capabilities and abilities to create memory which can

be done in just two ways: firstly, in the fond positive manner and secondly, in the loathsome negative manner.” And, he said, it all depends on each individual “how we create even if we all go through this life’s journey just one go.” Calling the students to create memories in the first manner while in the college, he stimulated the gathering to participate in the fest and leave the manifold “sweet memories” while learning and growing. Earlier, the fest began with invoking God’s blessing by Rev. Dr Sr. Kaisa Rosalind CMC. Newry, the president of English Department extended the welcome address.
