THE SUN WILL RISE

The Sun w l Rise

“Even the darkest night will end, and the sun will rise.” – Victor Hugo

I wanted to depict the emergence from the pandemic era by juxtaposing darkness with bold jeweled tones and vintage elegance. Faith’s Florals created some stunning silk oral displays, including a lush 12-foot-long table garland and a dramatic asymmetrical oral archway adorned with pink magnolias, plum cabbage roses, and peach dahlias nestled amongst Italian ruscus, leather leaf ferns, and seeded eucalyptus. These bright pops of color against a rustic farmhouse table, matte black stoneware, velvet napkins, and gold accents gave the reception scape a beautiful dark and moody vibe.

Lyndsay, our bride model, was tted in an elegant black wedding dress from Mia Grace Bridal. This rich and luxurious feel was continued in the bridesmaids’ velvet dresses and black tuxedos for the men.

One of the best parts? This shoot ended with Parker, one of our groomsman models, proposing to Emily, one of our bridesmaid models! What a stunning reminder that love is the strength by which a weary world emerges into the light.
