HOW THEY MET: Amanda is a wedding planner with Lucky You Productions. During a meeting for the first wedding she ever planned, the bride asked her if she was single, because she knew of a great guy. She was right! HOW THEY GOT ENGAGED: A sweet proposal at home after Zach asked Amanda’s father for her hand in marriage. NUMBER OF GUESTS: 200 WEDDING COLORS: Pink, navy, ivory, and charcoal SOMETHING OLD: Mother-ofthe-bride’s veil and headpiece SOMETHING NEW: Dress and pink rhinestone heels SOMETHING BORROWED: Diamond earrings from bride’s grandmother, given to her by bride’s grandfather gave her on a milestone anniversary SOMETHING BLUE: Bride’s mother made grandmother’s Czechoslovakian blue crystal rosary (that both carried on their wedding days) into a bracelet HOW THEY PERSONALIZED THE EVENT: Wedding photos of their parents and grandparents served as the ceremony backdrop. The couple used thrift shop finds of knick-knack glassware to hold the centerpieces. There were personalized placemats, with alphabetical tidbits about the couple, pulling from an A-Z theme from their initials. WEDDING FAVORS: Amanda’s mother made homemade jam from her garden that doubled as their escort card. FIRST DANCE: “I Love How You Love Me” by Jeff Mangum VIDEOGRAPHER: Milestone Pro BRIDE’S MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: “When Zach read me his vows. He had written the most beautiful and expressive vows. He ended the sweet sentiment by quoting Motown lyrics, making it perfectly him.” OCCUPATIONS: Amanda is co-owner of Lucky You Productions. Zach is owner of Chasnoff Painting. HONEYMOON: Paris, Amsterdam, Florence and Rome RESIDE: St. Louis
