In college, through mutual friends HOW THEY GOT ENGAGED: Knowing that Abby loves the fall season and Rombach’s Pumpkin Patch, Travis placed the ring atop his choice pumpkin and waved Abby over to show her what he’d found. He then dropped to one knee when she arrived at the perfect pumpkin and a perfect proposal. NUMBER OF GUESTS: 130 WEDDING COLORS: Varying shades of bright pinks and vibrant apple green HOW THEY PERSONALIZED THE EVENT: Following the ceremony, guests were offered horse and carriage rides through Tower Grove Park. The signature cocktail was a peach bellini, the bride’s favorite drink. As a late night treat, guests were encouraged to enjoy scoops of gelato from a gelato cart, including some seasonal flavors like pumpkin and apple pie. Hearing such heartfelt stories and encouraging words, along with seeing the happiness in Abby’s face was an incredible experience.” HONEYMOON: A weekend getaway at a bed and breakfast in St. Charles, with a tropical vacation planned later RESIDE: St. Louis ADVICE FOR BRIDES-TO-BE: “Enjoy every minute of your wedding planning.
