Steuben rose quartz vase in shape 8435 has acid-cut back leaves stems and flowers and is further decorated with applied heavy Matsunoke stems and leaves, forming a handle and encircling the vase. The peacock eyes are gold iridescent within green Aurene, and there are four eyes around the vase. The iridescence shows flashes of purple in some areas and flashes of blue near the foot. Signed on the underside “F. CARDER AURENE 261”. Very good to excellent condition. Steuben Thomas Jefferson clear crystal sculpture, designed by Donald Pollard with engraving by Bruce Moore. The sculpture has an intaglio carved and frosted depiction of Thomas Jefferson seated with quill pen in hand, the date 1776, and a quote from the Declaration of Independence, followed by Jefferson’s signature. The sculpture rests in a black stand and is signed on underside of glass with etched script signature “STEUBEN”. Glass is very good to excellent. Steuben clear crystal sculpture has intaglio carved and frosted depiction of George Washington in uniform, kneeling with hat and Bible in hands, underneath is a carved 1796, below the date is a passage from Washington’s 1796 farewell address, followed by Washington’s signature. The sculpture rests in a black stand, complete with original red leatherette presentation case. Signed on underside of glass with etched script signature “STEUBEN”. Sculpture very good to excellent, stand has minor chipping to finish around rim otherwise very good, case has one loose latch, otherwise only minor wear and is very good. 1485 - ART NOUVEAU CHANDELIER STEUBEN SHADES. Art Nouveau chandelier has floral design with branches and leaves forming the arms of the chandelier. The metal has a silver finish with red polychrome berries and undersides of leaves. Fixture is complete with five Steuben gold Aurene shades with ribbed bodies having slightly flared lips. Three shades are signed with Steuben Fleur-de-lis mark, two are unsigned. Chandelier has some minor wear and discoloration to finish, otherwise very good. Three shades have minor roughness to fitter rims, concealed when mounted, the remaining two are very good to excellent. Item Dimensions: 42” x 24”. 2,000 - 3,000
