Mentors teach new hires and newly promoted Morgan team members about the core components of their jobs while demonstrating Morgan’s values and culture. Mentors complete extensive training and utilize a variety of tools and resources to support mentees growth and development through individual and group coaching sessions. Most importantly, mentors share their own unique experiences and personal tips to highlight the many paths to success at Morgan Properties.

Peer Influencer Help new hires feel at home at Morgan Properties by being a culture ambassador. They welcome our newest team members to the family and help them grow personally and professionally. Peer influencers have demonstrated the ability to excel in their current position and have a passion for training and mentoring others. Peer Influencers are chosen by their Regional Manager (site level) or direct manager (corporate) and paired with new Morgan team members.

Transition Partner Partner with new team members from recent acquisitions. They share tools and best practices and assist the new team member in becoming familiar with the resources needed to excel in their role. Mentoring takes place virtually and/or in person and may involve travel. Transition Partners complete certification in Morgan University annually and must sign a mentor agreement form here. Mentors are paired with mentees for acquisition (or special request) by their Area Training Manager.

Leadership Coaching Community Join this interactive coaching community where everyone has the opportunity to coach and be coached. Connect with team members who can help you grow in your career at Morgan Properties. Every month members will be paired with someone in the Microsoft Teams group at random. Members will receive an automated message and be prompted to set up time for a chat. Prepared with discussion guides and other valuable resources, Leadership Coaches will be ready to make the most of this unique networking opportunity. Through one-on-one virtual meetings with a wide variety of Morgan team members at all levels in the organization, participants will have the opportunity to build relationships, share strengths, showcase talents, and find the right coach(es) to support them through challenges. Open to all corporate employees, department heads, and site team leaders at the Property & Service Manager II level or above.
