About Jennifer Jennifer Lawrence, born on August 15 in Indian Hills, Kentucky, is a 31 year old actress. Her parents are Gary and Karen Lawrence, she has two brothers and married art dealer Cooke Maroney. From an early age Jennifer knew she wanted to act, so at the age of 14, she and her brother went to New York to visit talent agencies. While she was there she was discovered by a talent scout and signed to his agency. She graduated from high school early to pursue this career and landed a role on The Bill Engvall Show (2007-2009). This led to her big break as the lead in Winter’s Bone (2010), a movie about a poor rural teenager tracking down her criminal father who went missing. This gave Jennifer her first Best Actress Academy Award nomination at the age of 20. Since then she has gone on to star in X-Men: First Class (2011), X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), and Dark Phoenix (2019), The Hunger Games (2012), Silver Linings Playbook (2012), and many more. She won an Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2013 and won two Golden Globes for the same category. In all she has won over 70 awards over her entire career for her various roles. The public image of Jennifer is a nice and clean one, she is one of Hollywood's most beloved actresses, however she doesn't agree. She announced she was taking a break from acting in 2017, but she still had several movies being released in the next few years. She revealed after her return in 2021 that the break was because she thought the public was getting “sick” of her. She also felt as though she didn’t have a life, which contributed to the break as well. Jennifer has developed her personal style over the years and has described her style as “upper east side chic”. She has also supported several charities over the years including Do Something, Feeding America, The Thirst Project, among many others. She is known to endorse Dior and many of their products throughout the years as well. However, some things many people do not know about her are she dropped out of middle school, she used to model for Abercrombie and Fitch, there is a tattoo H2O is on the hand instead of H2O, she has a drunk alter ego named Gail, and lastly, she faked an affair with Bradley Cooper. The personal life of Jennifer is kept private for the most part, although it is known that she is married to Cooke Maroney and they just had a child, but the name, gender, and birthdate are being kept a secret. The happy family currently lives in Beverly Hills.

Bad Blood
Her newest project is called Bad Blood, she is again teaming up with director Adam Mckay to film the story of Elizabeth Holmes and the Thermos scandal. Jennifer will be the leading lady in this biopic, playing Eliabeth as she cons most of the world into believing she was the next Steve Jobs.
Based on the book by John Carreyrou, Bad Blood will be the second film Jennifer and Adam have worked on since Don’t Look Up.
Charity
Charity Work In February 2016, Jennifer donated $2 million to the Kosair Children's Hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. This donation helped launch the Jennifer Lawrence Foundation Cardiac Intensive Care Unit within the medical facility. Apart from that she has advocated for Planned Parenthood and the Thirst Project to name a few.
