The Estate invites visitors to not only enjoy the sea of blooms, but meander through the paths created, capturing striking photos amongst the ocean of yellow and picking their own chosen blooms to enjoy at home.

Flowers start at £2 per stem, with the Estate lending secateurs for a small refundable deposit.

As well as Sunflowers, the Estate also has a wildflower bed, with bunches of wildflowers for sale.

Open every day from 9am to 5pm, with free admission and parking, visitors are encouraged to take in nature and bring a picnic or enjoy the tasty food and refreshments served at the field from Folk About (Folk Café) and an ice cream van.

Activities for children include climbing the big bale pyramid, a bug hunt challenge and playing in the sandpits. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

This wonderful field is located in Rougham, just east of Bury St Edmunds; it is easily accessible and clearly signposted from junction 45 of the A14. It makes a great day out for families in and around Suffolk.

Free admission, free parking and toilet facilities available.
