We all need a farmer Scott Brown, who farms in Midlothian and is one of Moredun’s Regional Advisors for the South of Scotland Board, was moved to develop this short film with the main aim to boost morale and mental well being in the agricultural community. “Everyone, including the farming community has had a difficult time facing up to Covid-19 in the past 18 months. is the work of award-winning Director, Jason Connery, and narrated by renowned Scottish actor Ian Pirie with a musical score by Tom Lyne. The film includes a series of striking images of farming and the Scottish countryside and highlights the work that farmers do to produce food and maintain the Scottish countryside whilst looking out for communities and helping neighbours with many of the daily challenges facing farmers. Moredun were delighted to support this project through the donation of some images from the Livestock Keepers project taken by photographer Kevin McCollum.
