Outf!t Moray – The Bike Revolution The Bike Revolution project will consist of a range of activities focusing on the recycling, refurbishment, training, maintenance, hire and sale of second-hand bikes, and has developed from a recognised need for the provision of these activities in the local area. REAP works in communities to address the issues that are important to them using social auditing, community consultation and engagement, and by offering administrative support. Who Feeds Moray? will employ a Development Officer for a period of 20 months for the purpose of establishing, strengthening and developing a Moray Community Food Network (MCFN).
