Registering For An Activity
Register for classes and activities online at moragarec.com or in person at Hacienda de las Flores, 2100 Donald Drive Moraga
Full payment is due at the time of registration. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks are payable to "Town of Moraga."
Cancellations
Classes/activities may be cancelled due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or instructor availability. If your class/activity is cancelled, you will be notified at least a week prior to the start date A full refund will be given for cancellation of class/activity.
Email Communication
Communication regarding classes and activities is sent via email. Please make sure your email address and communication settings are up to date on your online account Ensure you can receive emails from recdesk@moraga.ca.us.
Scholarships
Some partial scholarships for Town ASEP may be available based on need and funds available. Please call (925) 888-7035 or email recdesk@moraga.ca.us. These scholarships are made possible by generous funding from the Moraga Park Foundation.
Fee Policy
Class fees cannot be pro-rated for participants joining after the first class.
Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to recdesk@moraga.ca.us no less than 10 days prior to the class/activity start date. A refund of registration fees, less a $12.00 processing fee will be returned via check or credit card, depending on original payment method.
A full refund will be made only if a class/activity is cancelled by the department
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
