Dr. Bruce is a boardcertified prosthodontist and world-renowned lecturer. Dr. Kristi is a lecturer, general dentist and co-director of Esthetic Professionals Education Center with Dr. Bruce. What do your patients like best about you? “When patients visit our facility, they feel like they’re more than just patients. We try to make them feel like family —listening to their needs first and foremost. Once we feel we really understand what’s important to them, we educate them on the issues and provide an individual plan for their treatment, as well as the tools and knowledge to maintain their overall oral health in the long term.” How do you distinguish yourself from the competition? “For us, good enoughis never good enough, and that’s more than just lip service. We’re always striving to be at the very forefront of dentistry. Not only do we treat patients, we actually teach dentists from all over the country to become better dentists. We also maintain a full-service, on-site laboratory with a master dental ceramist. This ensures that our patients receive top-quality materials and optimal esthetics suited to their individual needs.” Tell us about your team. “Because our patients are our top priority, we take great care to train our staff to be the very best at what they do. We change lives and can literally transform our patients.” Do you offer a free consultation fornew patients? “Of course! We understood long ago that patients simply need to meet their dentist and see the office before committing to anything. We offer a free ‘meet- and-greet’ consultation along with an office tour for all new patients. This goes a long way for them determining if we’re the right fit for them.”
