Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Clinic is seeking a full-time Radiology Tech Manager. This positions will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This position will manage the day to day operations including, equipment oversight, vendor and contract negotiations, and delivery of care and supervision of radiology staff. Maintaining focus on exceptional level of customer service. Oversee safety policies and education of staff on use of equipment. Maintains required patients records. Performs QC on imaging equipment as needed.

Summary: Acts as part of the Care Team in the clinical hub by serving as the primary point of contact for the patient by communicating with patients and assisting them with the services provided at Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Center. Coordinate the flow of patients through managing phone calls, running schedules, making future phone appointments, and assisting providers and nurses with various clinical responsibilities as requested. Schedules appointments, checks patients in, verifies demographics, assist with obtaining preauthorization’s and coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Possession of a valid and current CPR certification. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Basic computer skills.
